Too Fat or Too Thin? You Just Can't Win!

Do u ever feel like if you put on "too much weight" everybody is staring at you? But then if you lose alot of weight still everyone seems to be staring. Well i know I've felt like that for the whole of my teenage life. In the last year I've put on 2 and half stone which I'm very down about and I know alot of teenagers feel that way too. Many teenagers suffer from either anorexia or bulimia and they get judged for it but personally i just want to help them because what they are suffering from is a mind disease and we shouldn't be judging people with anorexia or bulimia we should be trying to help them. Anorexic and bulimic people feel insecure about their bodies either because they have been bullied or because of family or relationship issues, so we should look past what they look like and think why do they look like that. I've never suffered from anorexia or bulimia but once i did starve myself for 2 weeks! Only surviving on one meal a day, i lost a stone, but i know now that that's not the right way to lose weight because it made me so ill and i almost passed out a few times. Now this time i have been eating 3 healthy meals a day, walking instead of taking the bus and i do exercise in my house aswell, using fitness DVD's and the exercise bike. These are simple and easy things to do and even though it will take a while for me to get to the weight i want, it will be more rewarding and i know that i won't get ill doing it this way. Most teenagers get peer pressured into losing weight either by people making fun of them for their weight or seeing celebrities and models who are a size 0, but a size 0 is not a good look and it's horrible and unhealthy for the body. So why can't people just leave us alone and let us be happy the way we are. If you want to lose weight that's fine but do it on your own accord and in a safe and healthy way. Please don't let yourself turn anorexic or bulimic because at the end of the day it's not worth putting your health at risk just to lose a bit of weight.
